Scope of Work: The subcontractor driver agrees to provide transportation services as requested by MWVan UK within the United Kingdom, including pickup, delivery, and transportation of goods and/or passengers.

Independent Contractor Status: The subcontractor driver acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of MWVan UK. As such, they are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations.

Vehicle Requirements: The subcontractor driver must maintain a valid UK driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance coverage for the duration of the agreement. The vehicle used must meet all safety and legal requirements for transportation services in the UK.

Performance Standards: The subcontractor driver agrees to perform all services with professionalism, care, and diligence, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the UK.

Compensation: Compensation for services rendered will be provided to the subcontractor driver according to the agreed-upon terms, subject to change without notification. Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement.

Availability: The subcontractor driver agrees to be available for work during agreed-upon hours and to communicate any scheduling conflicts or availability changes to MWVan UK in a timely manner.

Confidentiality: The subcontractor driver agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by MWVan UK or its customers, including but not limited to customer contact information, payment details, and business operations.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, the subcontractor driver agrees to return any MWVan UK property and cease providing services on behalf of MWVan UK.

Indemnification: The subcontractor driver agrees to indemnify and hold MWVan UK harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their provision of transportation services within the UK, subject to change without notification.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the UK, subject to change without notification.
