Payment Policy

Payment Policy for MWVan UK:

1. Deposit:

  • A deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking with Man with a Van Nuneaton. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

2. Booking Confirmation:

  • Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

3. Deposit Refund Policy:

  • The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs after one hour from the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled job may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Additional Charges:

  • Any additional services requested on the day of the job that were not previously discussed may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you before the services are rendered.

6. Payment Methods:

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the job, upon completion of services.
  • We accept cash or electronic payments, including credit/debit cards or bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided to you upon request.

7. Payment Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment is made in full as per the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and may affect your ability to book future services with us.

8. Disputes:

  • In the event of a dispute regarding payment, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue amicably.
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover any outstanding payments, including legal recourse if necessary.
