Terms of Service for MWVan UK:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Once a job is booked with MWVan UK, it is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  2. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

  3. Deposit Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs after one hour from the time of booking confirmation.

  4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled job may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  5. Additional Charges: Any additional services requested on the day of the job that were not previously discussed may incur additional charges.

  6. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the job, upon completion of services. We accept cash or electronic payments.

  7. Safety and Responsibility: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during transportation, Man with a Van Nuneaton cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the course of the job.

  8. Customer Cooperation: We kindly request that customers cooperate with our team during the job to facilitate a smooth and efficient moving process.

  9. Insurance: MWVan UK is fully insured for public liability, but additional insurance coverage for your belongings during transit is recommended.

  10. Feedback: We value your feedback and strive to continuously improve our services. Please don’t hesitate to share your comments or concerns with us.
